Payments & Insurance

We accept EFTPOS and Credit Cards. No cash payments are accepted. Specific payment instructions:

    • Pay on the day after your appointment.

    • We accept EFTPOS and Credit Cards. No cash payments are accepted.

  • Pre-Approved:

    • Ask Southern Cross or NIB for pre-approval for this appointment.

    • Email us the pre-approval letter as soon as possible, at least 24-hours before your appointment.

    • You do not need to pay on the day—we will send the invoice directly to your insurer.

    Not Pre-Approved:

    • You will need to pay for your appointment on the day.

    • We accept EFTPOS and Credit Cards. No cash payments are accepted.

    • Send the invoice to your insurance provider afterwards and they can refund you directly if applicable.

    • You will need to pay for your appointment on the day if you are with any insurance company other than Southern Cross or NIB.

    • We accept EFTPOS and Credit Cards. No cash payments are accepted.

    • Send the invoice to your insurance provider afterwards, and they can refund you directly if applicable.

    • You do not need to pay on the day. We will invoice ACC directly.
