Dr Rudi Kritzinger is a Neuropsychiatrist at Auckland Medical Specialists
Dr Kritzinger completed his psychiatric specialist training in Cape Town. Thereafter, he did 3 years of subspecialty training leading towards a CCST in Cambridge and Suffolk UK, which included rotations in Movement disorder, Lewin Stroke Unit, Cambridge Memory Clinic as well as the Oliver Zangwill Centre and Icanho Brain Injury Rehabilitation units.
Since coming to New Zealand in 2005, he has worked with the Department of Liaison Psychiatry at Auckland City Hospital and has provided sessional support to the Community Neurobehavioural Service, Rehab + and ABI Rehabilitation. He has completed his diploma in Sleep Medicine, and specialises in Neuropsychiatry and acquired brain injury at Auckland Medical Specialists.
